I felt like I belonged in youth development class because you can be yourself and meet new  people and people are nice in this class. And I feel my teacher is very nice in this class. So I would say I'm happy that I joined this program because it brought happiness to my life. The assignments are fun and creative. Also the teacher assistant is nice to everyone. Which is good. A girl in this class has made me feel very welcomed and happy. I also like how this class is very diverse and people are different. I like how we work in groups and talk to each other. It's nice how we have group discussions. Writing blogs has been good. The class starts at Ten o'clock so that's a good time. And everyone's sweet they say your going places is a lyric. I feel like people are sweet in the class and I could be going far in this class to become a teacher. The one who made the grade. I can see myself as the smart one sometimes. The first time I went to college I went to college. I'm in college now. I got every scholarship. I got an award to be in Rhode island college. I hope to get to know the person in this class who has been nice to me. And I hope we get to work together in groups. It's nice to meet someone new and become friends. I think this program can help people make friends and feel loved. I feel no one is going to be judged or looked down for who they are or who they want to be. It's good to be nice to your friends, classmates, and teacher.

Vanessa was in Dakota talking to someone that speaks another language. she is from south west Minnesota she works at Head start and is the director there. children of color Early Head start center based. Home based teacher. Expectant families program.  They serve sixty in the center Dakota language the school is called children are sacred school . An early childhood program in the lower Sioux Indian community in Southwestern Minnesota where children learn Dakota history and language .The thanksgiving pilgrim and Indian stories that many of us were taught as children perpetuate harmful stereo types.   Hi I'm Naomi I like to sing. I like to Dance. I like watching Youtube videos.  I went to CCRI and transfered to Ric now as a senior.  My major is Youth development.
